Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
